The Best Of The Tallahassee Real Estate Blog

Anybody who has been following the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog for any amount of time knows that I have a habit of getting a bit too analytical at times. Well, that habit does not just apply to the Tallahassee real estate market, it also applies to this real estate blog.

I have tracked the number of readers coming to the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog pretty much since the very first post. Perhaps the earliest surprise that I found was that many of our visitors were from outside of the Tallahassee real estate market.

153 Countries Read The Tallahassee Real Estate Blog

Thus far, we have had over 150,000 visitors to our real estate blog, and over 10,000 were from countries other than the United States. The graphic on the right shows the beginning of the list and you can see that we are viewed from all over the world. The graphic below and on the left shows the States that sent the most visitors to the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog.

Stateside Visitors To Tallahassee Real Estate

Another big surprise was that less than 1/2 of our stateside visitors were from the State of Florida. All the States were represented and the distribution seemed to pretty much follow population densities and/or geographic relation to Florida.

Tallahassee sent over 70% of the Florida visitors to our site, with Miami, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa following from there. Quite a few other markets also sent a high number of readers to the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog.

Real Estate Is Local?

All in all, it appears that roughly 32% of the readers of the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog are in Tallahassee, while the rest are from all over the world. Who would have thought such a simple enterprise could have that kind of reach? Apparently, real estate markets are local in nature, but the topics of interest are global. But what are the favorite topics from the Tallahasee Real Estate Blog?

When looking to choose the best of the articles written in the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog, I decided to simply choose the ones that had the most visits.
