Containing roughly 450 homes built from 1875 through 2012, Woodland Drives is an amazing neighborhood that boasts spacious lots with mature landscaping and a lot of home for the money.

Just as we forecast in our last report, Woodland Drives home values have recovered. We see values fluctuate greatly in Woodland Drives because of the diverse array of styles, sizes, and relative ages of these homes.

Don't expect current values to last as there were only two homes sold thus far and their high-values are skewing the graph. Expect to see average home values come down but still be around 6% higher than last year.
