In our last report on Evening Rose, we forecast that prices were going to soar here in 2022, and sure enough, that is what has happened. 

The average home price in Evening Rose has skyrocketed by more that 15% through just five months of this year to $377K. Prices here have still not surpassed the high set in 2007 but they will before 2022 has concluded.

Currently, there are three homes for sale in Evening Rose, and all of them are already under contract with buyers.
