Real Estate Newsletter Continues To Grow
The Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter went out to 1,547 people who subscribe last week, and our list of subscribers keeps growing. We have now published 34 editions of the newsletter and 14 editions of our "Weekly Special" real estate report. Readers are giving a lot of positive feedback (and we're always looking for more feedback, even if it is negative).
There are two primary groups of people who subscribe to the Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter. Both groups want to know more about the state of the Tallahassee housing market, and both have a vested interest in getting the right information, reported in a timely manner.
People who are moving to and from Tallahassee - The real estate consumer uses the Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter to be sure that they know the current state of the market and how to avoid any pitfalls that might be present when they buy or sell a home in Tallahassee.
Tallahassee Real Estate Professionals - Our list of newsletter subscribers includes real estate agents, real estate brokers, appraisers, lenders, title company employees, attorneys and bankers. I believe they subscribe to get the most complete view of current housing market conditions available in Tallahassee.
Why The Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter Is Free
Recently, an agent at my Joe Manausa Real Estate office asked me why we distribute this information for free. She wondered why we let our competition gain our insight into the housing market without even having to pay for it. My answer was simple.
First of all, it will help everybody in Tallahassee if REALTORS® do a better job of informing the public about what is going on. The real estate brokerage industry is closely knit and we all have to rely on each other as we often work real estate closings together. I want every REALTOR® practicing in Tallahassee to know that we are an open office and we want to work with everybody.
Secondly, I want consumers to know that we are working hard to earn their business. We publish this information in the hopes that consumers will read it and choose to work with an office that understands current market conditions and best practices to make the most of the current opportunities. The Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter is a wonderful tool to deliver that message.
Whether you are a real estate professional in Tallahassee, or somebody who has a vested interest in understanding the current state of the housing market in Tallahassee, I encourage you to subscribe to the Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter. It is delivered on Monday mornings and is chock full of charts, graphs, and analysis of the Tallahassee real estate market.
