Your website is very thought provoking and provides interesting research based information for anyone who wants to buy or sell. Thank you for making this mountain of knowledge available to the public. I would like to sell my home at 3314 Lakeshore Drive, having lived here for 35 years. It was a wonderful home to raise a family, but now it is far too large for one person. I am currently trying to sell it myself, before listing with an agent.
