It appears as if the number of pending home sales is on the rise again in the Tallahassee real estate market. It has been a whole year since the trend was as high as it it now, and hopefully we will continue to see improvement. The Pending Home Sales Report is a good indicator of what we will see in the coming months in closed home sales.
