Woodland Place is located just a few minutes east of downtown Tallahassee, out Apalachee Parkway.

Woodland Place is a two-year-old neighborhood that has recently completed the construction of roughly 50 new homes that the Tallahassee housing market so desperately needs.

Located just a few minutes east of downtown Tallahassee, out Apalachee Parkway, these 3-bedroom homes priced under $300K sold as fast as the builder could build them.

Woodland Place home sales have stopped as the builder is out of lots and all homeowners have only lived here for two years or less.

Home Value Trends In Woodland Place

Average home values in Woodland Place rose more than 3% higher in 2020 when compared to the average value of the homes sold in 2019.

As this (was) a brand-new neighborhood, values were set by what the builder (Premier Construction) felt they could charge and still produce the sales volume they desired. Now that new homes are completed, the existing home sales market will need to take-over, and that might not be for a few years as all residents just moved in.

The seven homes sold in 2020 had an average value of $181 per square foot.
