Average home prices in Moore Pond are among the highest of all Tallahassee neighborhoods, though this measurement is of little value with so few homes selling. This year the one home sold went for $1.95M.

Home sales activity in Moore Pond has slowed to a stop. Even in the midst of the strongest run on high-end homes in the past 30 years, there has only been one home sold this year in Moore Pond. Homeowners should understand that properly marketed homes are selling at all price ranges. Currently, there are three homes for sale in Moore Pond, yet none of them are under contract.

Moore Pond Home Values

With only one home sold this year, calculating Moore Pond's average home value is pretty easy (though the exercise is entirely worthless). When we look at the graph of home value over time though, there's enough information here to guide both sellers and buyers.
