Home sales in Leon County have averaged just below 300 per month. Looking back to 2001 these average was more than 300 per month. I do not think we have too much longer before we are finally comparing current levels with those reported after 2000.

Year to date homes sold in Tallahassee through May is much better than what we have seen in recent years, but still far lower than the level Tallahassee would record were it not in a real estate market recovery stage.
