The first quarter of 2020 has come and gone, and we’re now looking forward to what is traditionally the strongest quarter of the annual housing cycle.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has brought fear and chaos to the housing market, just as it has to every other aspect of life in 2020. It’s likely that this year is going to be a bit different.

VIDEO MARKET REPORT I am experimenting with the use of video. My initial idea was to produce a quarterly housing market update on video and deliver that via this newsletter, my blog, and on Youtube.
