Average Home Price In Each Zip Code
If you are curious about what it costs to live in each Tallahassee zip code, then this graph is just what you need. It shows each active zip code and its corresponding average home price in Tallahassee.

It’s not surprising that the highest-priced homes are in NE Tallahassee zip codes, as that has been the standard for many years.
You might find it alarming to find that the average home price in the 32312 zip code is approaching $400K, truly a milestone for Tallahassee. On the other hand, you can still get a home for $100K in the 32304 zip code, where the average is just over $116K.
I was a bit surprised to see that the 32311 zip code still had an average home price below $300K, as its largest neighborhood (Southwood) has an average price that has recently crested the $400K mark.
Through the 4th day of June in 2021, the average home price in Tallahassee is just over $256,500, with a value of $142 per square foot and a size of 1,719 square feet.
Will Home Prices Ever Come Down?
While I cannot rule out prices softening at some point in the distant future, there is no reason to believe we will see that happen any time soon in Tallahassee. If you have concerns about foreclosures and loans in forbearance swamping the market, watch this video. For the foreseeable future, inventories are low and prices are rising fast. Most indicators have prices continuing higher.
