Real Estate Newsletter Provides In-Depth Analysis Of Real Estate Market
We are currently working on the format of our real estate newsletter to which many of our readers have subscribed. We are seeking input on what our readers would like to see in the newsletter and we are also in the process of deciding our publishing schedule (once or twice per month). This newsletter is the result of numerous requests from our readers to provide more in-depth discussions pertaining to the real estate market.
Please comment below with any suggestions for our staff. Thus far, we have assembled a real estate broker, a commercial mortgage broker, a real estate attorney, a distressed property expert, and several other professionals that earn their living in the real estate industry (or in businesses that interact with the real estate industry).
Thank you in advance for any and all of your feedback. You can subscribe to the newsletter (which is separate from subscribing to the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog) at the right in the simple sign-up block. We treat privacy rights with high respect at the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog, so we won't be sending the newsletter to anyone who does not register for it.

Joe Wrote The Book On How To Sell A Home Today
“Location, location, location’ is no longer a competitive advantage. Digital marketing and going direct to consumer have made all geographical boundaries obsolete. The Business of Getting Business is a must-read modern-day survival guide for any local business to get to the next decade. Local businesses are on death ground.
They can either take a stand and re-invent themselves by embracing the digital frontier and have a chance to survive the overwhelming odds of digital direct-to-consumer capabilities that have erased all local and national business distinctions, or they can choose business as usual and accept certain death.
The Business of Getting Business is the critical survival guide for those that choose to dig in and fight.”
– Anthony Noto, CEO, SoFi and former COO, Twitter
