Perhaps the sender thinks that many real estate agents are part-time and might ignorantly throw some money at magazine ads so that you will think they are "marketing your home."

So the email went on to boast the big three factors that support marketing your home with printed magazines:
- Targeted Audience - Magazines deliver ads to a very specific market. Yeah, they hit people who are reading a magazine. If you understand anything about the three stages of the homebuying process, then you know that marketing a home to anybody in the first two stages WILL NOT SELL YOUR HOME. So that begs a question ... Do you think "ready buyers (those home buyers in the final stage of the homebuying process) are going to a magazine for the "up to the date listings in the Tallahassee MLS" or do you think they are using the internet?
- Credibility - People think of magazines as a more credible source. A source for what, fiber? The most common complaint about internet property search tools is that their information is out of date. Many of the large aggregate sites only update their data weekly ... Well just how often do you think these print magazines are updated?
