Indian Head Acres and Lehigh are adjacent neighborhoods in downtown Tallahassee are located just south of Apalachee Parkway on the east side of Jim Lee Road and Magnolia Drive.Indian Head Acres and Lehigh are popular downtown neighborhoods where a very short walk will deliver you to Cascades Park, Myers Park, or the Governor’s Square Mall.

Located on the east side of Jim Lee Road and Magnolia Drive just south of Apalachee Parkway, Indian Head Acres residents enjoy a great “walkable” place to live.

Home sales activity in Lehigh and Indian Head Acres in 2021 is hotter than ever. The total number of homes that sell in these two neighborhoods is purely in the hands of the current homeowners. Buyers are standing by for everything that hits the market.

Average home values in Indian Head Acres & Lehigh have shot up more than 9% in 2020, just as we forecast in our past few reports. Expect to the average come down off this run as unrenovated homes pass through the market.

The average value of the homes sold in Indian Head Acres & Lehigh in 2020 rose more than 9%, equaling the overall average in Tallahassee. In 2021, home values are soaring higher and have risen nearly 16% already through the first week of March.
