Joe Manausa Real Estate Training - Ahead of the Curve

As a new Tallahassee Realtor one of the most appealing things about joining Joe Manausa Real Estate was the mandatory training for all agents.  In my first month, not only have I enjoyed working with buyers and sellers in Tallahassee, but I have also completed a training course called Create 21.  

Create 21 is a four week web-based course.  It is a wonderful class that teaches you how to jump start your real estate career.  The Create 21 real estate course with Joe Manausa Real Estate has really given me the upper hand to better serve my clients and give them the best possible service during their buying or selling experience. 

Create 21 teaches us how find the perfect home for buyers by making sure that their wants and needs are met during their buying experience.  Also it teaches the best way to list properties so that they will get the maximum exposure that sellers need to get their home the best offer, as well has how to price a home so that that seller can get top dollar for their investment.

These are KEY learning basics for all real estate agents, and Joe Manausa Real Estate is the only Tallahassee real estate company that offers this course.  Statistics show that agents that have taken the Create 21 course have closed 28% more transactions because of the knowledge and skills that they have acquired in the course.
