The average price of a home sold in Canopy in 2020 is 281K, more than 11% lower than last year's average. The new offerings of homes priced just below $200K are being swooped up by buyers faster than they can be built.

Activity in Canopy is solid, and the builder continues to deliver the product today's buyers are seeking. There are currently 11 homes for sale in Canopy, and 7 are already under contract with buyers.
