In the past, selling a home was very front-loaded. When a home was hitting the market, a ton of work was done to ensure that all the marketing channels were hit and to ensure that the "word was out" that somebody was selling a home. And while much of this is still true today, there is a whole new list of processes that must be done daily to ensure that maximum exposure is attained.

No longer is it just good enough to launch a new property listing to 100 or so websites and think that the job of selling a home has been done.
