YTD Single Family Detached Home Sales December 2009

Single Family Detached home sales in Tallahassee were the lowest in recorded years during 2009. The real estate graph below shows both existing home sales in Tallahassee, as well as new home sales. Both new and existing home sales were lower than any previous year in our records going back to 1991.
