Tallahassee Lot Sales Report February 17, 2010

The average price of a residential lot in Tallahassee has dropped below $70,000 and looks to continue dropping. Unit sales have trended down to an incredible 30 lot sales per month. This is due to the fact that home sales are down and there is not current demand for new construction. Look for lot sales to stay depressed until housing inventory levels get closer to 6 months of supply.
