Is It Good News In The Tallahassee Housing Market?
Today is the big day that has loomed over my head for several weeks since I announced we would get our Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter launched today. Well, it has been launched! Today's inaugural edition is 8 pages long and has a very detailed analysis of the current state of the Tallahassee Housing Market.
Every month, we publish the Tallahassee Home Inventory Report which breaks Leon County into four quadrants and reports the "months of supply" of homes in each quadrant, by price range. The report actually has some good news this time!
Tallahassee Housing Market Sees Inventory Decline
For the first time in a very long time, the Tallahassee real estate market was delivered some good news as we saw a decline in the months of supply across every price range (except homes priced under $75K). The real estate chart to the left shows months of supply dropping (red in parenthesis) throughout Leon County!
Unfortunately, this is just a view of the month over month changes and most likely are due to the annual canceling of listings that occur due to the holidays and end of year celebrations. I will be very interested in seeing how February looks compared to January, as it is common for many of those canceled listings to be re-listed during the first couple of months of the new year.

Joe Wrote The Book On How To Sell A Home Today
WARNING: The Internet & digital marketing systems have changed the way sellers need to market a home for sale. It's not about getting a home sold anymore, it's about getting a home sold and netting the most money from the sale.
To do this, a seller needs to hit the digital market hard in a coordinated effort that alerts ready-buyers (all at the same time) to ensure buyers understand they are competing for the right to buy the home.
While it only takes ONE buyer to sell a home, it takes MULTIPLE BUYERS for the seller to bid the property up to its highest value in today's market. You see our full explanation about how to sell a house here, or you can buy the book and really get into the nuts and bolts of selling a home in the digital age.
Get the book that explains it all, in a manner that is understanding to all, even technology neophytes. It's available on Amazon, a trusted source for consumers.

Joe - Wow you have created quite a resource here - this is a great idea and can't wait to read it myself.
Thank you Cyndee. It has been a project on my mind for quite some time, I'm glad it's finally going!
Homeowner Bailouts = Renters Getting Robbed! Homeowners think I should keep the fraudulent value of their homes propped up just because they were part of the greatest criminal conspiracy this country has ever seen. I didn't realize renters were treated as second class citizens in this country. You steal my money to give to people that work at Taco Bell, so they can keep living in a $300K house. Corrupt homeowners think that just because they WISH their house is worth so much - that makes it true. I hope the day comes when stupid publically school taught renters finally realize they are getting raped on a daily basis by these Yuppie Scumbag Trash & rise up & fight to take back this country from the criminals that run it!
