Situated among the small neighborhoods along the Thomasville Road corridor on the Western boundary of Killearn Estates, location and school zones are the primary benefit that are influencing buyers to move here now.
When you drill down into what has sold and what is on the market, I believe you’ll come to the conclusion that buyers are running out of time to “steal” a house in Shannon Forest.
For the time being, home values are still attractive, with properties offered well-below the cost of replacement. But this just won’t be the case much longer. Supply is running out and new construction costs are going to be significantly higher.
