Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter Tops 3000 Subscribers
Every month, we send the Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter our to our email subscribers, but this month was different.
This was the first month that we sent the real estate newsletter out to more than 3,000 subscribers!
Our readership provides regular feedback, and what we are hearing is "keep up the honest and accurate reporting," and we are.
I started the monthly real estate newsletter (53 Editions ago!) as a way of countering the typical industry garbage that was being sent out. Traditionally, real estate newsletters either contain unwanted spam like "The Art of Scrambling Eggs," or industry hype on why "Now is the time to buy a home."
Make no mistake about it, the Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter will not contain recipes and it will focus on charts, graphs, and analysis of the Tallahassee real estate market.
Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter Growth
While we started our monthly real estate newsletter many years ago, the growth did not really begin to take off until we added our "Weekly Special Report."
The newsletter continues to be delivered on the third Monday of every month, but now each Monday in-between we provide a one-page quick report that shows a graph and an explanation. It is a simple way to be informed on a weekly basis.

A Unique Real Estate Newsletter
Recently, a colleague of mine from out-of-state (and a Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter subscriber) wrote to me on the most recent edition stating:
