These upscale homes are just a short ride on Meridian to midtown, and located just off Rhoden Cove Road.
Pine Tip Hills is a wonderful hidden neighborhood that is often overlooked by homebuyers.
With many of the higher end buyers limiting their search to NE Tallahassee, this neighborhood (located just a few yards west of the east-west divider) and its precious offerings does not appear in their home search results.
Due to this common omission, fewer prospective buyers are shopping in Pine Tip Hills, meaning you can often times find incredible values here that other buyers miss.
Pine Tip Hills is zoned for Gilchrist Elementary School, Raa Middle School, and Leon High School.
