Lakeshore Estates is a popular NW Tallahassee neighborhood that is located just north of the Interstate on the west side of Meridian Road.

Absolutely not. Average home prices in Lakesure Estate, like almost all of the Tallahassee real estate market, will see rapidly rising prices due to appreciation this year. Before you think that this neighborhood is bucking the local trend, check out the following two graphs to see what is really going on.

The average home value in Lakeshore Estates in 2020, after just two small home sales, is not something we can consider to accurately reflect market values. As you’ll see in the following graph, smaller than average homes have sold thus far. When all other things are equal, smaller homes sell for a higher dollar per square foot than do larger homes.
