Jordans Pass is a newer neighborhood that will contain roughly 116 single-family detached and attached homes built from 2008 and as recently as today.

Located south of Highway 90 West and east of Barineau Road, Jordans Pass has some of the best values for new construction homes available in Tallahassee today.

Beautifully landscaped, Jordans Pass provides a lovely atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Only a short drive to Tallahassee, this neighborhood is located conveniently to town.
