Don’t be surprised by the huge jumps we’re seeing here in home prices. When you consider that these are single family detached brick homes, situated on lots greater than a third of an acre, downtown, the over-due recovery in home prices is really not surprising at all.

Home sales activity for Indian Head Acres and Lehigh is strong. Currently, there are only 4 homes for sale in Indian Head Acres & Lehigh, and 2 are already under contract. The thirty nine home sales in 2017 had an average home price of $155,400, whereas the three this year have averaged $189,700.

Indian Head Acres and Lehigh Home Values

Average home values in Indian Head Acres rose nearly 13% in 2017, a magnificent rate of apprecation (as we forecast in previous reports on Indian Head Acres).

We recently listed and sold this home with multiple offers where the seller received more than $133 per square foot.
