Huntington Estates is a popular Northwest Tallahassee subdivision that has roughly 86 three, four, and five-bedroom homes.

Huntington Estates is located south of Old Bainbridge Road, just west of Mission Road, and contains less than 90 five, four, and three-bedroom homes.

This small but popular Northwest Tallahassee subdivision is a rare west-side gem of a neighborhood containing larger homes on acre-sized lots.

The average price of the homes sold in Huntington Estates in 2021 fell more than 6% to $297. But do not think that this means these homes are getting cheaper, it's just that smaller homes sold last year.

Activity in Huntington Estates is fiery hot, with aggressively pre-marketed homes selling fast and for top dollar. Currently, there are two homes for sale in Huntington Estates and both of them are already under contract with buyers.
