Huntington Estates is a conveniently located neighborhood in Northwest Tallahassee just minutes from I-10 and Capital Circle Northwest.

About Huntington Estates

Huntington Estates is an established Northwest Tallahassee neighborhood comprised of fewer than 90 single-family detached homes that range from 2,100 - 2,800 square feet, though there are some smaller and larger. Spacious lots with mature trees and open spaces provide a peaceful setting for residents. You’ll often find residents taking a casual evening stroll or brisk morning jog throughout the welcoming neighborhood.

Located west of Mission Road just south of Old Bainbridge Road, Huntington Estates residents enjoy easy access to the interstate and in-town amenities. Nearby shopping and dining options include Lowe’s, Walmart, Wahoo Seafood Grill, and Starbucks. Florida State University is just a 15 minute drive away and Tallahassee Community College is less than 10 minutes away.

Huntington Estates is also situated between Fred George Greenway Park and Lake Jackson Mounds Archaeological State Park. Fred George Greenway offers a playground, soccer field, baseball fields and hiking trails. For those who enjoy the outdoors and learning about local history, Lake Jackson Mounds provides the perfect place. The park allows visitors to view ancient Native American temple mounds with two trails that wind through the park. Picnic tables and a pavilion are also available for picnic lunches and family gatherings.

Residents also enjoy watching sunsets at the nearby Jackson View Landing or taking care of their educational needs at the conveniently located Lake Jackson Branch Library. Huntington Estates offers a variety of homes and a location that is perfect for many individuals and families, making it a well-rounded and established neighborhood.
