Homes Zoned For Leon High School
After the great popularity of the article I recently published about homes zoned for Chiles High School, I felt compelled to follow it up with one about homes zoned for Leon High School.
Currently, buyers can choose from 354 homes zoned for Leon High School and listed for sale in the Tallahassee MLS.
As the oldest high school in Tallahassee, many of our long-time residents can remember when Leon High was the "only game in town."
That is not the case anymore, as many great "new" high schools have been built as well.
Consider this both an informational post about where to live if you want to attend my Alma Mater, as well as a tribute in honor of our beloved outgoing Principle Rocky Hanna, who is admired, loved, cherished, and respected by his students and the parents of those students. While they say he is getting a well deserved promotion, the Leon Lion Nation doesn't want to see him go. Please sign the petition below to keep Rocky at Leon (if he wants to!)
YTD Sales Of Homes Zoned For Leon High School
As far as home buying opportunities go, the sales of homes zoned for Leon High School looks good. Values continue to decline with the rest of the market, and there are pockets of great values to be found in the Leon zone.
Currently, homes zoned for Leon High School are valued similarly as they were in 2004, so taking today's interest rates into perspective, home affordability is at a level consistent with the mid 1990s. Go get yourself a home in the Leon Zone and Go Big Red!
