Average home values in Hampton Creek rose more than 4% in 2018. As a relatively new neighborhood (born during the housing market expansion of ’05), we saw these homes hold on to value better than resale neighborhoods during the same period of time, thus we’ll see “recovery” values move at a slower rate as well.
