The Gardens of Killearn in NE Tallahassee remains super-hot even as many other nearby neighborhoods have slowed down with the recent rise in mortgage interest rates.

It comes as no surprise as these 3 and 4 bedroom homes that were mostly built in the 1980s and 1990s have been among the highest-demand homes over the past five years.
