Looking to sell home we currently live in prior to moving back to Australia June 8. Just in the process of upgrading throughout and this is taking some time due to financial constraints. Just did new roof. Ceramic tile in bathrooms, kitchen, laminate flooring in other areas except master and office need new carpet. New light fixtures, still painting outside and inside. Still need to remove pool sunk in deck and put new deck and remove additional unapproved room made in garage. Also need to improve landscaping.

Would like to discuss putting house on market end of March?

Also have townhome rented to August @775 month. Would also like to sell this.

Hi Joe-
I've been following your website and blog now for a few years. We fall into the failed to sell category from 2006-2007. We've been renting for the last two years, but our renters are moving out at the end of March and we'd like to explore putting the home on the market.
