Eastgate is a rare NE Tallahassee neighborhood that has incredibly low-priced single-family detached homes with prices that dip well-below $200K.

Eastgate is a neighborhood in NE Tallahassee that is perfectly situated for many families as it is close to dining, shopping, entertainment, and major traffic routes.

Offering a mix of three and four bedroom single-family detached homes on ample sized lots, I find it amazing that this combination of lot size and location still delivers a home for under $200,000.
