New reports includes a great real estate graph to review and it might just be showing the start of positive real estate trends in Tallahassee.

Currently, there are 30 homes for sale in the Betton neighborhoods, marketed in the Tallahassee MLS. These homes are priced from $165,000 to $765,000.
