Camelot Park is located in NE Tallahassee, Florida.

Camelot Park is a downtown Tallahassee neighborhood containing 366 three and four-bedroom homes on lots of at least a quarter acre. Needless to say, this neighborhood is in high demand.

Leon County is running out of developed lots in the MSA and much of downtown Tallahassee has gone vertical (condo). I believe this means that single-family detached homes in locations as prominent as Camelot Park are going to beat the market in appreciation, and market appreciation is going to be good for the foreseeable future.
