Average home prices in Bull Run are up about 1% this year through mid-August. The average price of a home sold in Bull Run in 2019 has been $363K.

Activity in Bull Run is declining due to the fact that this new home community is about out of lots and the resale market has taken over. We should expect annual sales to decline, but Bull Run remains a highly coveted neighborhood and these homes will sell fast if properly marketed.
