Tallahassee Home Prices In Each Zip Code

The average home price varies across the Tallahassee real estate market, and unsurprisingly, the four most expensive zip codes are all located in the Northeast Quadrant of Leon County.

Bar chart of 2018 average home prices by Tallahassee zip code, from 32312 at about $318,000 down to 32305 at about $90,000.

32312—With an average home price of $318K, the 32312 zip code is the most expensive place to live in Tallahassee. You’ll find some of the pricier homes scattered about, but look for the most expensive ones from the Bobbin neighborhoods to Rosehill and throughout the Ox Bottom Area.

32309—It might shock some people to learn that the “Killearn” zip code comes in second for the highest average home sales price, but considering how active Centerville Conservation and the surrounding area has been for the past several years, it’s no surprise that 32309 is averaging nearly $300K.

32317-With lots of newer homes that were built within the past 20 years, the 32317 zip code holds the third position for average home prices at roughly $287K. Check out Turkey Roost Mini Farms for several higher priced home sales in this popular zip code.

32308-Last but not least from NE Tallahassee is the zip code that averages $280K per home sold thus far in 2018. Take a look at Pilckem Ridge and the Midtown area if you want to find the neighborhoods that are driving these average prices higher.
