These are the Tallahassee subdivisions (neighborhoods) that have recorded the most home sales over the past couple of years. They are sorted in the order from most active to least active.
There are three columns of information for each neighborhood; the first link will take you to any articles that we have written which included a reference to that neighborhood. The second column takes you to all the homes that are currently for sale in that neighborhood. The final column is an ongoing project but will eventually link you to a special page with an overview and videos of each neighborhood.
You are welcome to try each link, they are being "brought online" more and more everyday. If the information that you wish does not yet exist, try back in a few days and it could be available.
