Which Tallahassee Neighborhoods Are Busiest Selling Homes
If you are thinking about selling a home in Tallahassee, you might want to know where the buyers are most active and from where you will find your stiffest competition. Thus far in 2011, 538 Tallahassee neighborhoods have recorded at least one home sale, and 10% of those came from the 9 most active subdivisions in town.
Most Active Tallahassee Neighborhoods
|Golden Eagle Plantation||54||60||77||85||50||41||33||21||26||28|
|Indian Head Acres||21||28||26||28||20||29||20||15||17||21|
The table above shows the nine most active Tallahassee neighborhoods based upon home sales this year, and you can see that some are doing better than their historical norms. Each year shows the total number of homes sold for the entire year, but 2011 is only 3/4s of the way through the year. Nevertheless, Golden Eagle Plantation and Indian Head Acres already have posted more home sales this year than they did in the previous 2 and 3 years respectively. You can click on the name of each subdivision to see recent articles and home sales reports.
