Home Prices Around The Tallahassee Area
Today is a very short post as I am crunching the market numbers that have come in for the month of September in the Tallahassee real estate market. I would like to encourage you to visit The Market Bulletin - Tallahassee Real Estate Market Reports for all of the new analysis with charts and graphs for the month of September. All of the work should be completed by around 11:00 a.m. on Friday, the 17th of October. But as a preview, I have put together a trend analysis of the average home price for the counties around Tallahassee.
Tallahassee Area Average Home Values
From the graph we can see that the drop in average home values in Jefferson County and Wakulla County seem to have levelled off, while Gadsden County homes continue to rise.
Be sure to check out the rest of our newly updated reports on the Tallahassee Real Estate Web Site.

Joe Wrote The Book On How To Sell A Home Today
WARNING: The Internet & digital marketing systems have changed the way sellers need to market a home for sale. It's not about getting a home sold anymore, it's about getting a home sold and netting the most money from the sale.
To do this, a seller needs to hit the digital market hard in a coordinated effort that alerts ready-buyers (all at the same time) to ensure buyers understand they are competing for the right to buy the home.
While it only takes ONE buyer to sell a home, it takes MULTIPLE BUYERS for the seller to bid the property up to its highest value in today's market. You see our full explanation about how to sell a house here, or you can buy the book and really get into the nuts and bolts of selling a home in the digital age.
Get the book that explains it all, in a manner that is understanding to all, even technology neophytes. It's available on Amazon, a trusted source for consumers.

Discussion
Hey Shel, while I'm not certain, I think it might be due to the fact that Jefferson County is less populous and therefore the new development that occurred during the boom had a much more noticable impact on its overall market.
