Average home values in Summerbrooke are the same now as they were last year. In our last report, we showed values marginally higher, but they have since settled back down to 2014 levels.
The fact is that home values have not moved much in Summerbrooke since 2010, though they fell in 2012 and have returned to about 1/2% below levels in 2010. While sales are brisk, overpriced properties have been sitting around and not selling.
