I am renting a house to a couple and they have been in the house for close to 18 months. They have the money to make the payments and went to check on a loan a few months ago. His credit score was like 20 points from the cut off sc0re. This was in the ninth month of last year and he had already made over 75K but I can't get him motivated to get his credit score up and they have put some of their own money in home improvements. Bottom line I need the money for the house and read your rent/lease to own article but don't quit understand all the legalities of it. Can you help or offer your services so I can get this deal closed or get some kind of date for closing. I am in western NC.
