Rising Values Observed For Ox Bottom Manor Home Sales

Ox Bottom Manor home sales are experiencing a rise in values, just as we found in yesterday's report on Killearn Lakes home sales.

When we look at the graph on the right, we see that short sale activity is half of what it was just one year ago. While it is likely (from recent foreclosure reports) that this ratio is going to rise again, it is still significant to find that values for Ox Bottom Manor home sales do begin to return immediately when all the distressed properties for sale have left the market.

Currently, there are 24 homes for sale in Ox Bottom, and several great values really stand out.

Rising Values Observed For Ox Bottom Manor Home Sales

The real estate graph below shows arms length Ox Bottom Manor home sales only (meaning no short sales, foreclosures, or bank owned property sales).

Historically, this view was all we needed to determine home values, but until we see distressed Ox Bottom Manor home sales return to levels below 5%, we really need both sets of information. Nevertheless, it is nice to see the rebound in these early stages of the housing market recovery.
