Use Real Estate Graphs When Buying A Home To Save Money
Our report of home sales from the most active Tallahassee zip codes yesterday produced a lot of information and two extra real estate graphs that show how home values differ across Tallahassee.
For the most part, real estate appreciation has been fairly consistent across the Tallahassee real estate market geographically, but the same cannot be said regarding the different price ranges.
Today, we will compare both home prices and home values in the most active zip codes in Tallahassee.
Homes For Sale By Zip Code

- Homes for sale in 32301
- Homes for sale in 32303
- Homes for sale in 32308
- Homes for sale in 32309
- Homes for sale in 32311
- Homes for sale in 32312
- Homes for sale in 32317
Real Estate Graphs Using Zip Codes
The first graph that we have to review shows how home value trends followed very similar paths throughout the Tallahassee real estate market, all seeming to rise and fall at similar times.
Home price trends have not been as consistent as home values in Tallahassee. Last year alone, most zip codes showed average home prices on the rise (consistent with average home values), while the 32308 zip code showed falling home prices. In fact, 32308 went from having the second highest average home prices in 2012, to having the fourth highest average prices in 2013.
How To Use Real Estate Graphs When Buying A Home
The Tallahassee Real Estate Blog features over 200 unique real estate graphs that serve to give our buyers and sellers a "picture" of the Tallahassee real estate market.
By understanding current trends, real estate consumers will be better situated to negotiate the best deal possible. The key to winning a negotiation is to know what the other party has as strengths and weaknesses, and a knowledge of market conditions will let you know whether or not the other party is dealing from a position of strength or not.
