Pine Tip Hills is situated immediately to the west of this prime meridian, thus you will find the values here that are hidden when you only make a search in Tallahassee’s NE quadrant.
Homes in Pine Tip Hills are no longer new or “newish,” as most were built during the 1980s and 1990s. This means that there are lot of bigger homes that are ready for some minor upgrades and might very well serve as the best deals you can find in the 32312 zip code.
