Ox Bow is the local nickname for the group of luxury homes in Quail Ridge, parts of Ox Bottom, Sleepy Hollow, and Ox Bow Estates.

Ox Bow is a special little area in Northeast Tallahassee's 32312 zip code that features larger homes on parcels of land of more than an acre.

While not a formal subdivision, "Ox Bow" is the local nickname for the group of luxury homes in parts of Ox Bottom, Sleepy Hollow, Quail Ridge, and Ox Bow Estates.

Ox Bow Home Prices

The average price of the homes sold in Ox Bow in 2020 is $682K.

Ox Bow is a neighborhood with relatively few homes that have been built in a wide range of amenities, styles, and sizes, so any measured "average" should be taken with a grain of salt.

The pace of home sales in Ox Bow is consistent with what we've seen over the past thirty years, though inventory is higher than we normally see.

Currently, there are ten homes for sale in Ox Bow with the two already under contract with buyers. The list above shows seventeen homes, but seven are new construction homes built in Loma Woods which is not yet mapping correctly in the MLS.

Ox Bow Home Values

The average home value in Ox Bow is generally on the rise. Due to the few sales each year, we see the expected volatility in the data. Nevertheless, the average home value in 2020 has risen by nearly 7% over last year's average.
