Now that the month of March is complete, Tallahassee has recorded more first-quarter luxury home sales in 2021 than in any year prior.

There are still more luxury homes for sale in Tallahassee than there are buyers.

The graph above plots the months of supply of luxury homes available in Tallahassee. For million-dollar homes, we're looking at nearly a full year's supply.

We've seen homes from $850K to $950K move to a sellers' market, but even homes price from $800K to $850K remain awash with inventory.
