We needed to sell our house in Tallahassee so I went to Joe Manausa Real Estate. Ron Rice worked with me to explain their process to get a house sold, as well as an overview of the Tallahassee real estate market at that time. They were able to get an offer on our house in 4 days and we closed in less than a month. If you are selling your house, I recommend that you contact Joe Manausa Real Estate.

Andy Elliot is the best realtor in town! My grandparents were very emotional about selling their home after 25 years and very particular about who was going to sell it for them. Andy met with them a dozen times at Panera and was so patient with all questions and concerns. He worked extremely hard to get the best price for their house and in the end everyone left the sale happy. I will definitely use him again in the future for any sale or home purchase and I suggest anyone in need of a good realtor to do the same! Thanks Andy!!!

I can't say enough good things about Joe Manausa Real Estate's agent Catherine Beeche! She was incredibly helpful, honest, upfront, and dependable throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting until well after the closing date, she showed genuine concern for us and was able to understand our needs. She never made us feel ashamed by our financial inquiries or uneasy about asking questions. She gave clear explanations of everything, including how to make an offer, interact with a mortgage lender, and more. Even though we had some challenging buyers, the entire process went much more quickly than anticipated and was a pleasure.

I worked with Andy and his team, it was always very easy to reach someone when you need them. First of all, a little background. I’ve been trying to sell my house for months. I tried contacting a few other realtors and even the realtor who helped me buy the house and they all told me it just wasn’t financially feasible or I would need to do some home repairs to sell. Well, I finally decided to contact Joe Manausa and I sold my house faster than I could’ve imagined. Plus, I didn’t have to throw money into repairing the home. Andy and his team were awesome! I highly recommend!

The team at Manausa are truly professional. every communication was clear and correct. As various team members were involved, I was given who was going to call/email/text next. Invariably that individual contacted me within minutes. Over 25 showings first weekend on market, multiple offers were then vetted and clearly presented. I imagine that in that perfect world scenario of how a transaction like this should be handled, this team is the template.
