The average price of homes sold on golf courses in Tallahassee has risen more than 12% in less than four full months, up to an all-time high annual average of $483K.
As the saying goes, “Different horses for different courses.” Each course in Tallahassee is different, and what you’ll spend to be on each course is unique as well. This is the reason that one can buy a one-bedroom apartment home on a municipal golf course for less than $50K, yet have to pay nearly $900K for a five-bedroom home on a Fred Couples designed golf course.
Golf Course Home Value Are Rising
The average value of homes sold on golf courses in Tallahassee rose nearly 12% thus far in 2021 to $164 per square foot, setting a new all-time high annual average.
There are seven different golf courses in Tallahassee that have homes on them that might be bought and sold at any given time. Homes on one course do not necessarily sell at the same value as homes on another course.
Golf course homes are exploding in value in 2021. This likely can be attributed to the mix of golf courses that had homes sell this year coupled with the lack of inventory of all homes for sale.
