Gadsden County Is Down 40% From The PeakLooking at the graph below, we can see that the number of Gadsden County homes selling each month has trended down to 31 homes, which is 40% off the peak that occurred in May of 2007.
Gadsden County Is Back To Pre-Boom LevelsWhile unit sales have dropped to pre-boom levels, home prices in Gadsden County have held pretty true over the past year or so. I suspect there will be some downward pressure on pricing as we work to get sales momentum moving forward again.
